Life is like a box of crayons

Gap cardigan, Unknown top, Express jeans, Nine West wedges, Philip Persio leather watch

This top defines me in color and shape.  It's vibrant, complimentary to my skin tone, feminine, flowing, and can be worn dressy or casual. If I have to choose one top that I have worn way more than it was even worth, it would be this one. I don't even know what store in the mall I found it at. It was probably some small boutique. This classic grey cardigan is so simple but a great piece to look more professional and put together. I think it goes well with this leather watch. I am seriously obsessed with leather watches (especially on men). This vintage one from American Apparel  has pretty much become one with me as I have not removed it since the day I bought it. The jeans from Express have been a part of my wardrobe for a long time. they are a great casual jean and are a little on the longer side and so they work best with heels. Considering most of my heels are from Aldo, it is surprising that my most worn and comfortable pair are these wedges from Nine West. I have actually been wearing these wedges to work almost everyday of the week. Maybe it is time to invest in another pair of wedges?

Not Another Wall Flower

Express sweater, Target Mossimo scarf, Paige denim jeans, American Apparel Philip Persio watch, Etienne Aigner 'Gilbert' boots

I am in love with this scarf as it catches your attention right away. Beautiful colors that make it very wearable with many different outfits. I would normally wear it with a more subtle black top but on this mesh knit sweater from Express it seems to be more loud. I love these dark wash jeans by Paige because they are much more professional and give a polished look compared to my other washed out and faded jeans. A great addition to my now more "adult" closet. I've also added to my watch collection with this simple and clean black leather Men's vintage watch from American Apparel. However, I can't say that I instantly loved my new Etienne Aigner boots. I bought them online at SlimCalfboot.com and had them custom made for my slimmer calves and they turned out a little too tight. The store provided me great customer service and stretched out the boot for me once again so that I could wear them more comfortably. They are a very nice classic riding boot with the logo printed along the shaft and the darker leather is great for the fall and winter time. A great quality boot overall.
